Job/Role: He will be starting off as a luxury goods merchant (mainly clothing), but I would like to move him towards training.

General Reputation: Crowley has only recently been extracted. He will still be dealing with the personal crisis that comes with discovering that you've done terrible things under the guise of demonic influence that wasn't really there. There will also be the shock of falling from the throne of Hell to what he sees as small and bare living quarters among thousands of other lost souls.

At the start of the game, he will be just finishing his physical therapy and still in crisis about what useful skills he has to offer when so much has been stripped away. For those who might observe him, he alternates between being very boisterous and outspoken while saying very little of substance and being very quiet for long stretches.

Looking For: Crowley will naturally be attracted to canonmates, whether he gets along with them or not, because they're familiar, but he'll seek out company in general, though not necessarily traditional friendships. It will be largely be spurred on by his fear of being alone in an unknown world as well as a search for mutually beneficial situations. I would like to find him some neutral and positive cross-canon CR for sure, because free of his canon circumstances, he's quite capable of relating to others and I'd like to play with his ability to connect to people without the complications of people who know his past actions.

Ohh yes. I just read your comment and I would definitely be interested in exploring the whole getting-used-to-being-human thing if that's something you'd like to play with. Crowley was human before he was a demon, but as far as he knew in the matrix, he'd been a demon for several hundred years by the time he was extracted, having spent much more of his life as a demon than a human.

That sounds great! Crowley would have been quick to start up superficial conversation, even somewhat friendly about it, but probably offered very little in the way of any of his inner workings or honest feelings about anything, though he wouldn't have reacted negatively if she wanted to express her own.

Emily is aces with small talk! She is friendly enough, especially with him initiating, though she probably hasn't been much more inclined than he is to open up in any deep way. So it sounds like probably on "wave hi" terms at this point.

Captain will so be hitting up Crowley's fantabulous clothing selection on a quest for his pre-extraction hat, as depicted in this icon. You can expect this little bugger to hang around like a pestilent fly -- at least if you're interested in that sort of CR. Captain's canonmate, Snippy, stuck around Cap for years out of a misplaced fear of the unknown and of loneliness. Captain is used to the sort of resentful 'friendship'.

Also, if you are looking for boisterous nonsense, you are looking at an archetype in shitty Zion sweatpants right here. Captain's your guy, friend, buddy, pal~!

I think this could be the start of a beautiful friendship-like-thing. Crowley has probably not done much millinery work, but he's narcissistic enough to think he could just make a hat with his tailoring skills, so he would most certainly take the job and make it happen by sheer force of will. (quality of hat is tbd.)

Considering that the alternative is bundles of scarves and knitted toques, the Captain would probably be happy with any experimental felting results that Crowley might strive for! I also get this feeling that Captain might be feeling the strain of exposing their beautiful face to the unwitting public (in their canon it can cause alien bureaucrats to swoon and explode) so if Crowley's got any access to, say, welder's goggles, Captain might trade for some of the juicy gossip that circulates down in the temples where people feel the need to confess.

...This is going to be horrible. >:] I love it!

They can both preen together and gossip. Captain will find some way to make a stereotypical hair-salon head-dome dryer just so that they can have the ridiculous space in which to gossip. They'll probably go to the effort of drying mash into paper to write some kind of newspaper rag to pretend to flip through whilst gossiping.

I would liek for Tony Stark and demon Crowley to have started off saying some not very nice things about each other but eventually settled into comfortably neutral! Or we can do it on-screen? I figure they could do the barfly thing WHAT DO YOU THINK C:

ooh that could definitely be fun! Crowley hasn't been out too long, so maybe we could say that there was a bad first impression recently and take it from there? He's likely to grow jealous of how comfortable Tony is with technology for sure. Crowley's track record is to generally wind up attached to the people he dislikes, and he will definitely be all about the drinking, so I can see an uneasy camaraderie building there if they wind up drinking together a few times.
