but in case that would happen, how crazy-- yes thank you in advance you're da bes


in terms of being on his crew though I'm not promising outright compliance but I think she would at least try. and she might semi appreciate/respect him for who he is, which will help to guarantee near compliance. and not a lot of complaining. she's a little less abrasive and she's pretty conscious of the fact that she could get kicked off the crew if she's too bitchy but some personality traits are the same.
so. that's what you're getting into!!!!

i think some acknowledgement of johanna being johanna wrt attitude goes with the territory -- he recruits for ability and fortitude over good behavior. as long as she takes care of business when it comes down to brass tacks and doesn't murder anyone more important than her on the ship everything should be functional. if she objects to orders or disobeys or whatevs in the moment we can deal with that as it comes up in rp, probably loudly. if she wants to switch to another crew down the line that is also a-ok.

but if she's been around i'm sure metzger was well aware of what he was getting into when he hired her on.

yes perfect, that sounds absolutely perfect.

& I know Metzger cycles through newbies pretty quickly but can I say that she's been around for a little while at least? upwards of a few months maybe just to give her some establishment (so she can haze newer newbies).

Yep! He burns through nuggets but when he's actively looking to fill a position like pilot or engineer he'd want someone he fhinks will stick for a while.
