Yes!! I really want Emily CR ok. I'm not precisely sure how they'd get on but Bucky is probably at least abstractly used to the company of spies by now, so I can see him being comfortable with her fairly easily, even if maintaining a conversation with him may still be a challenge. He gravitates toward military/espionage competence, too, so.
