Oh, delightful, a newbie who plans on becoming an Operator who might hopefully be gullible enough or 'fuck the police' enough to allow anomalous civilians to try plugging in?!

Captain doesn't have much in common with your 'wanted' list but if you are up for weathering the silly-storm that inevitably centers around this character, I'd love to eventually give them an excuse to bust out their ridiculous matrix skills one day. Captain's pretty out of phase with reality but an Operator willing to humour them and give them a chance might help to show that they've got a hella useful side... and by that point I'm hoping that Captain will be more settled and more in touch with reality, so hopefully a touch less ridiculous!

In any case, if you want someone who can divine a way to Skye's mom and Trip, Captain has methods of stumbling over things, at least in their original matrix. They might be a good person to use as a plot-point towards stumbling over clones in other matrices!

Skye is exactly the kind of reckless to let anomalous civilians plug in once she's on a ship and trained up. She'll be starting at pretty much base zero with her training, but that means she'll be in Zion for Captain to build a relationship with that would give him groundwork to try and plug in once she does join a ship.

Ahhhh excellent! Any interest in establishing some pre-existing CR, if just a run-in or so? I think that Captain probably has the run-down of some Operator-y stuff. Not enough to be proficient but having soaked up some info; just enough to fake that they might know more.

It could be that Captain helps Skye get connected with training by marching into the Council or something, too. They might attempt to promote randomly met friends up through the ranks on a lark, here, if they saw potential for their own later advancement.

She'll still be in physical therapy zone on Mar 1st, so just beginning her training. We could start off with a thread of whatever run-down Captain's got? And then she'll sorta throw herself into it. Skye's a quick learner who's going to push herself a lot harder than she perhaps should with trying to get the hang of stuff.
