no go for it!!

culturally it is kind of frowned on to like, people a single ship with a lot of crew from the same matrix bc its not very good for integrating into the Real human population (and we also want to encourage cross canon cr so we ask for a limit of three), but you can totally rescue people from same matrix.

with exception to the crew thing, what a captain does is a little bit his or her business, and realistically you'd run into some who might have an issue with that, but also some who do not.
