ugh dorian has like zero things in common with bucky and might actually annoy the fuck out of him, but i'd really love to try some cr out with him ;3; he's been out of the matrix for 7 months, so he wouldn't have been a bald naked baby friend. TRAINING, HOWEVER, HE COULD USE. dorian is a mage from a swords & sorcery kind of world so his extent of combat training is 'smacking people with a magic stick if they get past the huge wall of fire i made and i'm out of mana'. so, that would be excellent.

on the flip side of that - sims and the matrix. dorian is actually a pretty huge fan of them, and could help hold bucky's hand in getting used to them? also, could take him to a dragon age sim and let him fight a dragon? because who doesn't want to do that?

omg i thought i replied to this and i didn't, I'M SORRY, HELLO. I would love CR. I feel like dorian annoying the crap out of bucky is a distinct possibility but I'd love that tbh, let's do it.

right at this moment, bucky is taking longer than I originally anticipated to settle into the idea that any of this is real and the jack-in consoles aren't brainwashing chairs thinly veiled in a fennhoff-shaped illusion, thanks HYDRA, SO he is not yet entering the sims. however, my goal is to get him there by the end of the month, at which point he should definitely train with dorian. so, rain check?

the dragon age sim might be especially perfect actually b/c bucky's such a concrete thinker, he's going to be pretty bad at ~freeing his mind~ and considering physics flexible the way that you're supposed to in the matrix, so taking him out of his element would be rad. and dragons are rad. so it's win/win really.
