I think this could be the start of a beautiful friendship-like-thing. Crowley has probably not done much millinery work, but he's narcissistic enough to think he could just make a hat with his tailoring skills, so he would most certainly take the job and make it happen by sheer force of will. (quality of hat is tbd.)
