I think it is definitely workable for Metzger to see some use in Captain on the anti-machine front, particularly if he's aware of what occurred with dumped bodies and so on. The main difficulty to a more formal working relationship will be if Captain comes off as insane to the point of liability, which is likely if they're talking about ruling their own country and so on.

The former is enough to mitigate the latter for some potentially nefarious CR, but not enough for real trust, I think. What are your thoughts?
