As per our requests on our application template, we actually require the world to be written out in full, optionally adding detail about how it works as a Matrix (such as the presence of Agents and such), and that canon characters can provide a link to an external page detailing their personal history.

Does he require items, incantations, or gestures to do them? Are there limitations in place, such as how long they take? Do they cost him in any way to perform?
