Kitty def. def. def. hasn't gone through anything remotely approaching what Katniss has - her government is more of the keep-the-poor-downtrodden-while-we-live-decadently sort than of the make-little-kids-murder-one-another sort - so she'll understand generally what Katniss has gone through while being less uh...broken...Which is probably good! I feel like Katniss needs some people in her life who don't wake up every night with soul-destroying nightmares.

Anyway though it should be appealingly weird CR because Kitty is keeping her past activities very quiet for the moment, so she'll probably just seem to be some weird skinny upbeat kid who's bizarrely obsessed with Katniss' life story. At least she works in a nice restaurant so she can offer decent food in trade for basically the Janis Ian to Katniss' Regina George
