i think some acknowledgement of johanna being johanna wrt attitude goes with the territory -- he recruits for ability and fortitude over good behavior. as long as she takes care of business when it comes down to brass tacks and doesn't murder anyone more important than her on the ship everything should be functional. if she objects to orders or disobeys or whatevs in the moment we can deal with that as it comes up in rp, probably loudly. if she wants to switch to another crew down the line that is also a-ok.
