All our lollygagging aside, and I can't believe I wrote 'lollygagging'-- Tony will have come sniffing around Steve. He is not the most nurturing person so even though he certainly wants Steve to do well, this would have felt less like 'checking to make sure he's okay' and more like 'what is he up to now?' and 'what does he think about the Council' and 'I will say sth cheeky if he seems too trusting of our new overlords' but 'probably after the HYDRA and SHIELD debacles he's less naive now' so 'maybe I just actually care about his opinion.' In other words, I reckon he'll be a slight pain in the ass to the pain in the ass, if you are down for it.
