We see that you noted he is a little stubborn, impulsive, and sensitive, but these are brief mentions and it is difficult to see how this would create actual problems and dynamic conflict in-game. We would like to see a short paragraph expanding on these personality weaknesses or drawbacks. We would like to recommend writing this with RPable scenarios in mind.
